How to Return Your Order
If your return meets the conditions outlined below, please follow these steps to begin the return process.
Send an email to info@valesandton.com including the following information:

The reason for your return

Photos of the product (required if the item is damaged or defective)

Your full name

Your complete return address
Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.
Please do not send your return to the sender's address shown on the package.
Returns sent without prior approval or to the wrong address may not be processed. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
Consumers acting as private individuals (and not for business or professional purposes) have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Period
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier), receive the final item in your order.
Due to our fully automated order processing system, orders are prepared immediately after purchase. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped, and refunds cannot be issued before delivery.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision (for example, by email). Your withdrawal will be considered complete only after we have received the returned goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders in Transit
As our products are shipped from Asia, delivery times may occasionally be longer and are outside of our control. If your order is already in transit, it can no longer be cancelled. Please wait until your order has been delivered and then follow our return procedure. You are welcome to notify us in advance that you intend to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please send us proof of shipment after returning your package.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund all payments received for the returned products, excluding any shipping costs, within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for processing your refund.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
